The prices listed do not include visa fees, insurance, airport taxes, gratuities, personal expenses or any other expenses not mentioned in the package inclusions.
A minimum of 50% down payment should be paid at most 3 days before the trip starts and full payment needs to be paid once you arrived at the destination. If you fail to transfer the required down payment before the aforementioned maximum time limit, we will have to cancel your booking and the spot will be open for any interested parties.
If any unforeseen situation such as weather & other conditions occurs that will hinder your trip unavailable for the time being, the sequence of itinerary may need to be changed or alternative sites substituted at short notice. In rare and unique circumstances where the trip needs to be canceled/postponed indefinitely, we may refund your booking. Please contact us for further information regarding the refund policy.
Timings of tours are subject to last-minute changes and customers would be updated during the tour. We will try to stick to the planned itinerary to the best of our abilities to ensure a safe and smooth trip for every party involved.
Packages available listed as “On Request” will require you to notice at least 2 business working days for us to confirm to you their availability.
We apologize beforehand that we offer no refunds for your cancellation. If you have deposited a down payment prior to your arrival and your cancellation, your down payment will also not be refunded.
If, given the circumstances (e.g. Force Majeure), the trip is canceled from our side, your money will be refunded with prior notice.
